WOD - October 11, 2013

I was totally going to take today as a rest day, but unexpectedly I got a jolt of energy so I 'carpe diem-ed' and headed to the gym.  I have an Orange Theory class tomorrow in the late morning so I didn't want to do anything too strenuous - I took it simple and just did a quick workout!
  • 1 mile treadmill run (in 9:30), just to get the blood flowing!
  • For strength I just worked biceps - everything else was sore!  I did all of the exercises with 10 lb dumbbells.
    • 3 supersets
      • 8 bicep curls
      • 8 hammer curls
    • 3 sets
      • 8 concentration curls - right arm
      • 8 concentration curls - left arm
And with that I peaced out of the gym and grabbed dessert from one of the "do-it-yourself" frozen yogurt shops.  LOVE those places!

What you see is:
  • white chocolate chips, crushed Reese's peanut butter cups (!!), sprinkles, mini-nonpareils...and I swear there is some vanilla fro-yo under there!!  
  • When I do it, I do it...Exhibit A!
I'm off to read some blogs and watch a few DVR'd episodes of Project Runway! :)
