WOD - October 19, 2013

This may be one of the hardest Bender workouts I've ever done!  I'm exhausted and a completely sweaty mess!   Check it out here - full body...20 minutes....HIIT...I'm there!

It incorporated everything...core, cardio, burpees, push-ups, jump squats, jump name a body part and we worked it!

I wasn't in the mood to run and it's SO hot out here that I figured I'd try Melissa's newest video that I've been wanting to do...I'm so glad I did!  Another crazy awesome workout - thanks Melissa!!

Not to get all preachy (and you all already know how I feel about short, intense workouts!) but this is a perfect example of a kick butt, amazing, sweaty, full body workout that took only 20 minutes,,,20 minutes!!!  It's possible people! :)

I'm off to get a MUCH needed pedicure!!  Reward for a workout well done :)
