WOD - October 4, 2013

Quick, body-weight, Sammy-made workout tonight.  I'll fill you in and then I'm off to the *featherball*! (My mom always said that and I thought it was so random, but so funny!)

Workout was as follows:
  • 3 sets: 1 minute plank/30 seconds rest
  • 3 sets: 10 push-ups
  • 3 sets: 10 plank up-downs (start in forearm plank position; 1 arm at a time, push up off of your forearms, onto your hands; then, 1 arm at a time, reverse the movement to end back at forearm plank position.  Each up, up, down, down equals 1 rep.  Each rep start with a different arm)
  • 3 sets: 1 minute low squat hold/30 seconds rest
I worked abs, shoulders, chest, back, quads, butt....not too shabby for a last minute workout!  The last set of the squat hold was buuurning!  And I may have felt a bead of sweat drip from my sports bra, so I'm calling this one a "greaat success!" (in Borat's voice lol)

By the way, I bought this chai tea the other day and I have yet to try it.  


Anyone like chai tea? Have you tried this brand?
Doesn't the picture on the box look de.lic.ious? lol
