WOD - October 8, 2013

A quick update because the hubby and I have tons of TV to catch up on (Parenthood, Betrayal, Law & Order: SVU).

Tonight's workout:
  • 2 mile treadmill run in about 20 minutes.
  • 3 sets of:
    • 1 minute forearm plank
    • 30 seconds rest
  • 5 sets of Push-ups:
    • 15 reps
    • 12 reps
    • 9 reps
    • 12 reps
    • 15 reps
Here's a pic of me post-workout! (I was a sweaty mess!)  But I love this shirt...from Active by Old Navy...Strong is Beautiful!
