Tonight's workout:
- 2 mile treadmill run in about 20 minutes.
- 3 sets of:
- 1 minute forearm plank
- 30 seconds rest
- 5 sets of Push-ups:
- 15 reps
- 12 reps
- 9 reps
- 12 reps
- 15 reps
