Comment section is fixed! & A new dinner for us!

Let me just start off by thanking Ashley of Show Me Ashley!  {{HI ASHLEY!!}}

She mentioned a couple of weeks ago - I think it was ever since I switched to IntenseDebate - that she was leaving comments on the mobile version of my website and they weren't showing up!  I was miffed to say the least!!  I moderate the comments but I have APPROVED & PUBLISHED each and every comment that has ever been left!

I SO appreciate any and all comments and feedback from you guys & I never want you to think I hadn't acknowledged something that you sent to me!  But I know nothing about websites and even less than that about troubleshooting them!!

After some Google-ing I realized that Blogger does not support ID on the mobile version of my blog - so I just disabled the mobile version.  Problem solved!  You'll notice now even when looking at my blog on your phone or tablet it's the full size/actual website, not the mobile version!

If this was ever an issue for you, I apologize!!  If you have no idea what I'm talking about, just carry on as per usual!  And thanks Ashley for letting me know - you're the bomb! :)

Done and done!

Now, onto the Bake!!

So last night's dinner was a new one for us - Tina's Cheesy Spaghetti Squash Bake.  I followed the recipe to a T using lean ground beef.

It was really good.  The recipe made so much we have enough for tonight's dinner as well!!

TOTAL SIDEBAR: I am so happy that spaghetti squash is no longer a mystery to me!  It's awesome and delicious and such a great swap for actual spaghetti!   And 1 spaghetti squash yields PILES of 'spaghetti'!!

Sorry, I digress! lol  So the dish was delicious - the ONLY thing I would do different next time is incorporate some marinara/tomato sauce while I'm browning the meat since it was a little dry for us.  I would make more of a 'meat sauce' to mix with the cheese and spaghetti squash.

I actually ended up adding some sauce on top after dishing out everyone's portions and just mixed it all together!  Didn't look pretty, necessarily, but it tasted really yummy!  I also think ground chicken breast would be a good swap since it's a little lighter than beef!

I'm off to fold laundry and then we're going to the park to meet some friends - it's overcast and cool-ish (meaning it's in the 70s*F!) so we're taking advantage! :)
