WOD - November 2 & My LAST Halloween post of 2013!

In quick bullet point form!

  • WOD: I did a great Bender workout yesterday in 10 MINUTES!  I did the Lean Muscle, Fat Blaster workout and it was great!!  It was a total body routine...upper body, lower body, and major emphasis on the outer thigh/saddlebag area!! ;)
    • Then I did one of my favorite QUICKEST ab workouts from HASfit....Six Pack in 3 Minutes!  I know what you're thinking - 3 minutes?? But it really gives you a great burn!!!  Check it out and let me know what you think!
  • On another note, my kids are already picking out what they want for the holidays - thank you Toys R Us for the catalog ;)

  • Our friends' annual Halloween party was last night and we had a BLAST!!! We drank (oh did we drink!), we ate, we danced!, we partied like it was 1989 ;)
