WOD - November 8, 2013

A day late and a dollar short....(minus the dollar part! lol)

I've mentioned it before - this time change is something else!  It is totally light out before 6:30am, which makes it feel like it's up and at 'em time....for my kids at least!

Friday morning I wasn't planning on working out - I had just run 2 miles at the gym 12 hours prior - but we were up and since my running only takes me 20 minutes I decided to go for it!

2 miles just feels so perfect for me!  I don't feel out of breath at the end, I work up a great sweat and I don't get bored! 

Although I would really like to up my mileage to 2.5-3 miles a few times a week....I do have the Turkey Trot in 3 weeks and I want to be ready ready!

Anywho, it was nice that my WOD was done before my day even began!
I was jazzed!
