So, I have a question for you...who doesn't have 5 minutes? I mean really....we can ALL find 5 minutes, which is why I came up with this quick, kick-butt, cardio blast workout!  It gets the heart pumping and the body moving!  

Feel free to repeat it 2 or 3x if you have the time and energy!  I had already done an awesome new Bender workout (15 Minute Arm Flab-u-less Workout) so I only went through this Cardio Blast routine once yesterday!

Between the Bender workout {which was actually pretty intense...don't be fooled that it's a 'simple arm routine' because IT'S NOT!} and this 5 minute cardio blast I was sweaty and had a great 20 minute workout.  You know me and my new boyfriend, the jump rope ;)

There are so many benefits of jumping rope!  I love that it's now in my regular fitness rotation!
